Payment Terms
All prices are based on monthly billing (annual discounts apply). We accept checks and
all major credit cards.
Bandwidth
All servers have an allowance of 50GB of data transfer per month. Higher levels of data transfer limits are available in 5-50GB increments. Bandwidth is not prorated in any manner.
Restrictions
dotCOM designers does not allow e-mail spamming on any of its servers,
including 100% dedicated servers. We do
this to ensure our own network and IP address
classes are not blocked by "black hole" services
which prevent email from being transmitted by
other servers, and effectively disrupting email
services for our non-spamming clients.
Violators will be warned on first occasion, and
their account will be terminated on second
occasion. All fees are non-refundable
should an account be cancelled for breach of our
policies. Review our
Acceptable Use Policy for a complete rundown of what is and is not permitted.
DNS Services
DNS is provided at no charge for dedicated server clients. This does not include any interaction with the NIC
or any work involved with domain transfer or
modification. It includes only configuration
changes made to our name server.
